2. INTRODUCTION
❖ The Sign module helps to improve the speed of office activities by enabling the signing of
documents through the online platform.
❖ Odoo 14 Sign module makes the approval and signing process simple.
❖ We can consider Sign as a quick method to send, sign and approve documents. This will
help a user to complete the preparation of a document in a simple way by dragging and
dropping blocks.
❖ Odoo Sign makes e signature and approval a speedy process.

3. ❖ First of all, Install & Open Sign module.

4. ❖ Then, Goto Sign Module > Dashboard

5. ❖ Use SEND option to send a Signature Request.

6. ❖ Configure Employee, Copy to and SEND.

7. ❖ Use SHARE option to directly share the document link.

8. ❖ Then, goto Configuration > Field Types.

9. ❖ CREATE a new Signature Item Type.

10. ❖ Set Field Name, Type & Other Configurations and SAVE.

11. ❖ Then goto Configuration > Roles.

12. ❖ CREATE a new Signature Item Role from here.

13. ❖ Goto Configuration > Signature Requests Items to view all Signature Requests Items.

14. ❖ Find all Documents under Documents menu.

15. ❖ Then, goto Dashboard menu > Properties.

16. ❖ Configure Template Properties from here.

17. ❖ Add Fields under Fields Tab and SAVE.

18. ❖ Goto Modify Template.

19. ❖ Add Fields and Modify other information from here and SAVE it.

20. ❖ Goto Dashboard and use SIGN NOW to sign the document.

21. ❖ Choose Copy to if any and click SIGN NOW.

22. ❖ Fill out the Document.

23. ❖ Click Signature for signing.

24. ❖ Draw, Adopt or Load sign then click ADOPT AND SIGN.

25. ❖ Then, VALIDATE & SEND COMPLETE DOCUMENT

26. ❖ Click VIEW DOCUMENT

27. ❖ User can View and download the DOCUMENT
