Talent Acquisition:
• Handling full cycle of Recruitment from requirement Understanding to sourcing of candidates
though in house database, Using portals, referrals.
• Handling first round of HR Interview in order to judge the candidate's sustainability, Attitude,

• Headhunting - generating leads and converting them.

• Facilitate corporate induction of the new employee into the system.
• Taking care of training of job portals and revenue generation part of team.
• Requirement allotment to team and completion of project
