     •   Managing end to end recruitment responsibility of Technology hiring across India.
     •   Interact with assigned Business Heads, understand their requirements and fulfill the same using quality
         resources within stipulated time and thereby meeting recruitment targets.

     •   Sourcing - Developing and implementing through various sources, which includes internet (Job Portals

     •   Preliminary Screening of potential candidates in order to assess the candidate's suitability, Attitude,

         panels for technical evaluation and feedback.
     •   Arranging & Coordinating Interviews with Technical Panel, and Continuous Follow up.
     •   Follow up and Closure – Follow up with the hiring manager and technical panel to obtain feedback,
         calibrating the candidate and assist in decision-making process.
     •   Offer documentation and Offer Generation – Collecting the required documents from Candidate,
         Working closely with hiring manager to decide on compensation package and necessary approvals from
         senior management.
