strategic accounts and develop new business.

Job Description
• Responsible to maintain and grow revenue within assigned existing clients (EPC & Owner/Operator).
• Compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from newspapers, business directories, industry ads,
trade shows, Internet Web sites, networking and other sources
• Travel throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders, and talks with customers by phone
• Maintains minimum number of sales calls as outlined by Managing Partner
• Assists in preparation of marketing material as well as RFI, RFP, or RFQ’s; presents materials formally or informally at customer location
• Quotes prices and credit terms in accordance with established policies and practices
• Prepares weekly sales reports and monthly expense reports
• Work with recruiting department and keep account activities up to date
• Actively Recruits candidates for requirements
• Keeps manager and recruiters up to date on order status and interviews by providing feedback regularly and as requested
• Review applications and resumes
• Conducting phone & in-person candidate interviews.
• Preform Reference Checks
• Qualify candidates for assigned job orders
• Search ATS / on-line Databases for candidates for Assigned job orders
• Assist with client employee orientations
• Providing clear and complete assessments on candidate skill sets and detailed interview notes to hiring managers
• Developing relationships and passing on information and potential issues to appropriate senior personnel.
• Assisting in the development of processes and procedures.
• Entering and maintaining the applicant database, including data management.
Job Requirements
• 3 – 5 Years Staffing Agency or Direct Sales/Account Management experience.
• 2 + Years active recruitment experience.
• Engineering, Industrial or construction industry experience is preferred.
• Post-secondary certificate diploma or degree from an accredited institution within a relevant discipline is an asset.
• Must be computer literate and possess strong organizational skills.
• Superior communication skills including both written and oral, as well as excellence in conducting personnel interviews and telephone
recruiting.
• Excellence in relationship building and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated individuals who thrive in a fast paced environment and can multi-task when needed.
