next.level is a 18-month program run by WUK that aims to support the integration of teenagers and young adults aged 15-24 with mental illnesses into apprenticeships or employment. The program involves group training, individual consultation, job coaching, and job placements. Participants spend 25 hours per week developing skills like self-management, social competence, cognitive abilities, and vocational skills to prepare for the job market.
