Tasks and responsibilities:
In Season:
• Follow up for the confirmation to pick and pack the available items for pre
booked orders.
• Coordinate with customers’ appointed shipper for collection of shipment.
Prop Stock orders:
• Provide stock list of available items with details every day.
• Provide customized stock list as per the request.
• Provide images and size run of the products.
• Enter orders in synthesis in sales orders.
• Confirm for packing with delivery details and packing instructions.
• Generate invoice and packing list after Jafza done the pick and pack as
per Jafza Data and send it to customers.
General:
 Send the PURCHASE INVOICE to customers and get their confirmation.
 Make sure that the PI is sent to customers to open the L/C 3 weeks
before the season start.
 Follow up with the Account managers and Accounting department to
secure the payments.
 Check the payments status.
 Weekly reports of: “Customers stock by season, Prop Stock, picks up
rates by season for each customer”.
 Fetching customers’ orders according to the value of money (40
customers)
 After receiving the packing list from warehouse , send to Control
department advise for released while I am doing Packing List, Invoices
and Implementation
 After receiving exports Documents from warehouse I will send advise to
release the shipment either DDU or DDP and send to the customers
Shipment documents like packing list, invoices, Implementation and AWB
for their records.

 Controlling stock levels based on forecasts for the season
 Monitoring slow sellers, and taking action to reduce prices or set promotions
