• Use technical knowledge, also experience of day to day customers to determine which parts needed to
order base on part failure.
• Determines customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market
information.
• Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products and prices.
• A list is created for new parts to be order and a monthly inventory parts review is done to determine
stock level and re-order quantities.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and seminars.

• To give technical advice and assistance to walk in and telephone customers.
• Respond to all customer technical enquiries and requests for demonstration in a timely manner.
• Handle and resolve customer's complex technical problems.

• Read catalogs, or computer displays (schematics) in order to determine original and replacement part
numbers.
• Resolve and repair technical problems in equipment, electronic items and machinery.
• Take inventory of stock level and create list for re-ordering stocks.
• Preparing of invoice or sales contracts and quotation.
• Demonstrate equipment to customers and explain functions.
