Out of various problems faced by the students, the problem of setting the proper level of Educational
Aspiration is the most important. Not only Psychological factors but also various societal factors like culture,
opportunities, family background of the students, their socio-economic status, task oriented attitude, educational
system, school curricula, school environment and performance influence the formation of nature and fulfillment
of educational aspirations. The entry of tribal students of Odisha into the higher education and their
representation in various elite groups is very poor. The researcher assumed it is due to the improper level of
educational and career aspiration of the people of tribal community. Keeping these in view, the researchers
considered Educational Aspiration as an important variable to study and considered the problem titled
“Category (Tribe and Non-tribe) as a Factor in Educational Aspiration: An Investigation”. For this purpose,
researchers selected 680 (N =680) Secondary School going students from different sections studying in schools
running under the Board of Secondary Education Odisha. The Mazumder Educational Aspiration Inventory
(MEAI) has been used to measure the selected variable. Descriptive statistics along with t-test have been
employed to analyze the data. The category i.e. tribe and non-tribe was found an important factor in setting
Educational Aspiration.
Gender Participation and Performance of Pre-Service Teachers in Physics Educa...
This study was carried out with a view to investigating the existence of gender imbalance in the
participation and performance of pre-service teachers in physics education program in College of Education,
Azare. Data used in the study were obtained from students’ personal records, examination score sheets and
final cumulative results. Simple percentage and chi-square test were used to analyze the data. Findings
revealed that there exists serious gender gap in favor of male students in the participation of pre-service
teachers in physics education program. However, findings also showed that the performance of pre-service
teachers in physics education is independent of gender. The study concludes that, although women are
underrepresented in physics education program in College of Education, Azare, both male and female students
have equal chances of performing well in physics. Suggestions on how to adjust the observed gender imbalance
in favor of the disadvantaged group were proffered.

The initial feedback informed changes to her short film, such as including both male and female perspectives. After completing her projects, further feedback praised her use of music, transitions, and ability to convey the narrative and create tension. However, some critiqued that the plot and audio levels needed clarification. Overall, the feedback helped Keyshawna improve her work and understand how well she achieved her goals of entertaining and pleasing her target audience.

- 1. My Finding Gathered By My Audience Feedback When I asked my target audiencefor some feedback after they watch my openingsequence. I asked if they could identify what type of genre they thought my film would fall into. 100% of them were able to correctly identify my film as being a thriller; this was good because it meantthat I had produced aconvincingfilm. I then moved on to ask them if they would purchasemy film because I wanted to make surethat my film was good enough for peopleto spend their money on it. Out of the 4 peopleI asked 100% of them said they would go outand buy my film.

I then asked if there wasanything that I had to improveand outof the 4 peoplethat I asked they all said that I should of included some dialoguebecause it would of added that little bit extra to my opening because they felt it was lacking. Throughout this processI made sure that I asked them what they would ratemy film out of 10 and the majority of them said that they would ratemy film 8/9. This therefore meansthat my film would be a success if it wasto be distributed as the negative feedback that I got given was if there was some dialogue, therefore if I was to produceanother opening sequence I would know to make surethat I incorporated a little bit of speech. When I asked them what attracted them to my opening, I got a variety of differentresponses. A few of them said that the music that I had madewas a positive attribute because it did what it was meant to do and that was to create tension and suspensefrom the get go. Another person said the useof lighting because I madesurethat it was very dark and they even picked up on how it madethem feel and they said that it madethem feel on edge, this wasa good thing because it meantthat what I intended on happeningactually happened. Overall the feedback that I wasgiven was really good and effective because it really gave me a good insight into what they liked about my film and what I needed to improve. Igot given some really good positive feedback and without this it would havemeant that I was unableto know what they actually thought of my film.
