This document contains a risk assessment for filming scenes at different locations. It identifies potential hazards such as traffic, weather, mud, bystanders, climbing a tree, and smashed glass. For each hazard, it lists the scene location, persons or property that could be harmed, existing risk controls, and further actions needed to reduce risk, such as avoiding roads when possible, not filming in unsuitable weather, staying away from muddy areas, asking bystanders to leave briefly, not climbing too high in a tree to avoid major injury from a fall, and throwing smashed glass in a direction that avoids harming anyone. It also includes a risk assessment chart that defines risk levels from extreme to low based on the likelihood of an incident occurring
