• Westchester Rockville Station located in Rockville Maryland features 200 units,

The entire high rise structure was transformed into high end apartments and

Construction Manager/ Project Manager
Responsible for managing four story wood frame Multi-Family Apartments and
High Rise Construction Projects. Managed the pre-construction design, site
development, through the final close out process. Manage the budget, schedule,
product submittals, RFI log process and change order log. Manage the 3rd party
consultants on a monthly basis and monitored the deficiencies listed in the monthly
reports.

Managed hotel renovation projects across many brands in California, DC
Metropolitan area, Florida, Texas, Connecticut and New York City. The projects
range from 2M to 6M. Managed the preconstruction process, the schedule,
organized the pre bid documents, leveled bids, awarded bid to best qualified GC,
ordered and warehoused all FF&E. Managed weekly meetings, schedule, and
project budget.

Operations Manager
Consultant hired to manage a $4,000,000.000 renovation project for Harrisburg
Area Community College at the Lebanon, Pennsylvania Campus. The renovation
project added a bookstore, student lounge, cafeteria, auditorium, lobby, lockers and
the back office. Performed tenant fit out for retail office space located in
Harrisburg, Pa. Managed sub-contractors and as many as 15 employees on a daily
basis. Also, managed scope schedule and budget for all projects for several
ownership groups.
