PROJECT EXPERIENCE: Capital new & renovation projects, as well as asset management & facilities infrastructure
upgrades up to $5 million total project cost. Owner representative working directly with client managing all facets of
capital real estate projects from inception through closeout. Accountable for budget, schedule, contracting project
team (design and trade contractors), procurement, quality & risk assessment, and overall project oversight.
Responsible for up to 15 projects at once; in owned real estate, sample projects consist of new secure area construction
