CAREER STATEMENT
“I work meticulously to contribute to the processes and strategies which enhance our mutual
goals. I consider my greatest strengths to be: the ability to deliver projects to agreed
standards; the skill to gain a clear understanding of client’s needs; and the talent to co-ordinate
and lead project team resources while building strong working relationships with principals and
team members. I live by these guiding principles: Communicate - do what you say and say
what you do; Coordinate – prior proper planning prevents poor performance; plan the work
and work the plan; Collaborate – create synergy by building strong teams to assure success…
all great projects were built by many people working together to common goal; and Mentor –
actively train a replacement to promote advancement within the organization.” Earl Pritchard
