• Supervise superintendents, and project administrative assistants to ensure construction projects are
completed on time and within budget.
• Manage multiple subcontractors / material suppliers on multiple projects simultaneously including electrical,
mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, millwork, drywall, ceramic tile, structural steel, roofing, concrete, and
landscaping.
• Direct the A/E firm in completing the final design on design/build projects where the A/E is under contract
with T&W.
• Meet with the A/E firm on design/build and competitive bid projects to discuss design/construction issues,
design/budget issues, financial budget reviews, and schedule coordination.
• Maintain project schedule and budget by utilizing Sage PJ for project management and Microsoft
Projects for scheduling.
• Conduct project status meetings, construction subcontractor coordination meetings, and schedule review
meetings.
• Participate in presentations to prospective customers to assist marketing in securing the project.
• Support project proposals by developing project estimates using Timberline Precision along with On Screen
Take Off, soliciting, reviewing, and compiling subcontractor bids.
• Handle contract administration issues including negotiating with subcontracts, developing subcontractor
contract agreements, selecting material suppliers, issuing purchase orders, and generating change orders.
