Responsibilities
 Responsible for end to end recruitment activities
 Preparing a requisition gathering template and sending it to corresponding sourcing leads to initiate the
sourcing. Short listing the profiles sourced and sending it to the respective hiring managers.
 Identifying right candidates with the required skill set and experience and make sure that it should match
with the requirement as per the job description.
 Handling 5 stake holders’ recruitments according to the manpower of the stakeholders.
 Sourcing and shortlist the profile according to the manpower and stake holders’ exaction and coordination
with the hiring managers for the perfect profile.
 Conducting telephonic and face to face interview.
 Scheduling the interview of selected candidates and proceeding to test according to the profile.
 Taking feedback from the managers and the stake holders’ about the candidate as well as from the
candidate regarding the interview.
 Effectively negotiating salary fitments with new hires, Documentation; Follow up till candidates’ gets on
board.
 Promptly informing the rejected candidates about the reason for the rejections.
 Need to achieve SLA & TAT according to the position.
 Meeting the employees regularly and the manager to understand their current performance.
 Preparing the Report (Walk-In report, Recruitment Report, Quarterly Report, TA Metric, competitor
report) Handling ERP.
 Taking care of complete documentation, maintaining the employee’s file and handover to the post
recruitment department.
