Staff comments….
•I love the Toilet-Time Tool and it helps me every time I
go to the toilet! Sparkling moments is great!
•Consistent language is good.
•Very grateful to have colleagues who help
maintain my mojo.
•Having it formally addressed and the reminders
around the school are great to remind us to check in .
•Love the mojo check-ins during staff meetings
• The more structure and routines our school puts in place,
the easier it becomes to deal with school worries/stresses.
You know what you need to do. Debriefing with peers and
admin and reflecting on personal reactions and practise,
making plans for next time gives one confidence that We
Can Do It , with support!
• Great to have simple and quick tools. Excellent to
be in charge of own self care and have quick
boosters. We can t teach our kids to be
resilient if we aren t!
• I really like the way the whole school is moving towards a self-
help, colleague-help, school-help culture. Sometimes you don t
know the answer, so you say Just deal with it. , but I feel the
MOJO training has given us the tools to say This is how to deal
with it.
• The MOJO Maintenance Program has had a significant positive impact on
our school s mental health! The tools are specific, simple, effective and
efficient and, when implemented across the whole school environment,
have provided the confidence required to provide collegial support across
the education Team, inclusive of Administration, Teachers and Teaching
Assistants. Most importantly though, the MOJO Maintenance Program
emphasises the intrinsic need to know yourself, nurture your own mental
health, and overall maintain a positive work-life balance!
