To Whom It May Concern:
This letter is on behalf of Lifetouch Inc., specifically the yearbook department. I have had the privilege to have
worked with Lifetouch on multiple occasions at multiple buildings for a variety of reasons including picture days,
club pictures, pinnacle grade book, spring pictures, and yearbook.
Lifetouch is a unique company that works well within itself to provide a total package to schools who offer sports,
extracurricular activities, and yearbooks. All of the departments at Lifetouch work together to make a seamless
transition allowing students to create a quality yearbook. Having used Lifetouch and two other companies for
yearbook production I am not sure why anyone uses any other company than Lifetouch.
The one to one customer service provided by Jaci Nolker here in Rogers has been amazing. Year after year she
continues to go above and beyond including coming to the school to provide guidance to both teachers and students,
not to mention her dedication over the summer by providing small group training to new yearbook staff (students).
Jaci also understands the demands that impact yearbook in general, such as adviser’s lives. When I was out (2
months) for a major surgery, Jaci made it a point to be on campus for students every week. With her dedication and
the Lifetouch curriculum, my extended absence was almost seamless. In addition to Jaci’s availability, Heather
Misner, Customer Care Representative, has always been an email or phone call away with the “sundown” rule
apparent in her response.
Additional reasons to utilize Lifetouch really are endless. Some of the key reasons we have continued to use
Lifetouch include the cost of producing the book. Although I’m sure every school varies slightly based on choices,
we have always broke even despite dropping sales due to the economy. In fact, this year (with Jaci’s guidance) LMS
will actually have profitable year which will allow our school to purchase new equipment for our yearbook class. In
the past Lifetouch has had program that allows schools to sign a three year contract in which Lifetouch provides up
to $500 worth of equipment to the school. Flexibility is another key factor in our continued relationship.
In closing, choosing a yearbook company is extremely critical. I highly recommend the use of Lifetouch and will
make sure that every yearbook I am the adviser of is associated with Lifetouch. If you have any questions please feel
free to let me know.
Sincerely,
Jason Craft
