Role:
• Instructing the contractors and the sub-contractors on the project requirements and sharing the project plan with them
• Coordinating with the QC Department for inspection of construction and generating punch lists with details as A, B or C
level; to be corrected to start pre-commissioning activities
• Preparing of test plan, manpower requirement, technical queries and coordinating with construction and engineering
team; reviewing / preparing of Procedures, Work Method Statements, Test Packs and Test Reports
• Overlooking on pre-commissioning activities like cleaning, gauging, water filling, pressure testing, de-watering,
swabbing, drying, nitrogen purging and preservation of pipelines and plant piping
