 Carry out all planned site inspections as per the intervention points marked in the quality
plan.

 Assist the Inspection Section Head to prepare long and short-term inspection Business

 Prepare Field Quality Plan, ITP and Inspection Forms.
 Supporting repair techniques, materials selection, welding procedures, inspection and
testing requirements.
 Fabrication and welding of various materials like C.S., St.St, low temp., Duplex, super
duplex, P11, P22, P91,P110.
 Prepare Welding Procedure Specifications and Procedure Qualification Record
(WPS&PQR) according To various codes like ASME, AWS, API, and EN.
 Implementation & follow up of project quality specification & plan.
 Follow all shutdown inspection activities for stationary equipment, corrosion monitoring and
pressure relieving devices
 Review all welding activities as preheat, PWHT, interpass temperature, repair
 Apply Pressure Test for All Installation Systems according to the applied codes or client spec.
 Follow up Non Conformity Report NCR.
 Review and endorse inspection reports to ensure they comply with the relevant standards.
Instigate appropriate remedial action for any non-compliance and ensure that inspection
frequencies are maximized. Co-ordinate and action results from associated failure
investigations/significant anomalies.
 Apply Inspection on various Welding Consumables (Electrodes, Special Drying for Electrodes,
Filler Wires Fluxes, Shielding and Backing Gases) according to ASME II Sec. C or other various
standards.
 Make Punch list for the p-recommissioning stage
 Work as UT inspector by using normal and angle probe for base metal thickness and welds
