inspections on new construction of 4x360MW oil fired power plant and four FGD Units/RO
Desalination Plant, which supplied Power, Water & Steam to Petrorabigh refinery. Recently
achieved 35m LTI on this project, which wasa $500m joint venture with Saudi Aramco & Sumitomo
of Japan.
 2012-2013 Parsons Brinckerhoff Middle East: Lead QA/QC Engineer charged with PMC
management on new build construction project in Saudi Arabia, including:4x700mw oil fired
units+FGDs and Babcock Boilers/GE Turbines on SECL Rabigh Power Plant.
 2010-2011 Black & Veatch South Africa: Contracted to assist Eskom Power Co. Johannesburg.
Coordinate with approved TPI QC Bureau Veritas South Africa, to carry out full scope of inspection

 2004-2005 Saipem (EPC), Russia: Served as Site Lead QC Supervisor Spread 2/3 overseeing
completion of 800 km onshore twin 24”/48” oil/gas pipeline construction project that connected
Sakhalin (OXA) to LNG plant and oil export terminal near Yuzno, including stringent monitoring of
civil works on gas gathering stations.
 2003-2004 Velosi, Muscat, Oman: Interfaced with PDO/Shell company personnel regarding new
construction of refinery extensions-modifications.
 Inspected contractor’s completed work, including mechanical installations, fabrication,
welding, and coating of pipelines.
 Monitored H2S pipeline operations and GRE/GRP pipelines.
