Applying all inspection tests for all static equipments such as (Crude oil tanks, Heat
Exchangers, Boilers, Pressure Vessels during service and in shut down periods
 Directs, supervises for all on-stream and shutdown inspection activities and repair in
the gas plant, oil plant, sea lines and offshore platforms for stationary equipment (vessels,
burner, boilers, heat exchangers, tanks, etc.), piping systems, pressure relieving devices,
lifting equipment, structures, etc., by assessing deterioration mechanisms, corrosion
monitoring and investigation of failures to establish inspection frequencies and/or
corrective actions to prevent recurrence
 NDT activities such as; VT, RT, UT, MT & PT. and Internal visual inspection
by Bore scope & Video scope tools
Performing all inspection tests needing for the plant piping system.
 Prepare and carried out thorough Inspection for 18 vessels during complete shutdown
of SUCO Gas plant on 2010.
 Prepare and carried out thorough Inspection for 12 vessels during partial shutdown of
SUCO Gas plant on 2012.
 Prepare and carried out thorough Inspection for 10 vessels during partial shutdown of
