Logistic Executive: (Feb 2012 – Till Date).
Job Responsibilities
 Import Projections,Budgets & Planning.
 Size wise consolidation fromone store to another store.
 & Booking GRN forall inbound shipment.
 Preparing monthly shipment report (Import / Export) and submitting to brand team.
 Making MIS Reports, ProductFlow, Seasonal Plan, weekly Reports, Stores comparison analysis,
etc.
 Handling all the Logistics works forthe Brand Aeropostal Empora.
 Import and Export Coordination.
 Coordination withthe Freight forwarderand transporter for all physical movement of goods.
 Monitoring Import clearance, Warehousing, Re-exports of the Products.
 Coordination withthe Supplier for the Orders placed by BM and arranging the Shipments for
ready goods.
 Appointing Freight forwarder/ Transporter.
 Ensure timely movement of store fixtures with merchandiser for new stores and overseas.
 Overall controlof Stockmovements (Warehouse and Branches).
 Passing of Import Payments,Transport Bills, Freight / Clearance Bills.
 Assisting the Senior Merchandiser for the Merchandise related activities.
 Working forreorders.
 Merging of the Stocks from one store to another.
 Pricing and Allocation.
