 Involved with clients on daily bases to fulfill their requirements on vehicle registrations
 Maintain proper filing
 Exporting vehicles along with provide all valid and required documents
 Advising clients on how to proceed with the vehicle registration.

The Job Involved:
 Responsible for the receipt, storage and goods dispatching.
 Ensure all warehouse activities are coordinated under one means to an end – efficient

 Lead teams of warehouse workers to unload trucks and organize goods first in pallets.

The Job Involved:
 Responsible for dispatching process and providing the DN to the intent individual.
 Ensure all received materials are being stored at a proper manner.
 Ensuring correct paper works as per the MR# of incoming shipments in advance and
decide what part of shipment needs to be delivered to the requested operation.
 Creating an effective system such as Min/Max in order to ensure all operations can run
smoothly while the same time to not over flow the warehouse.
 Coach employees to better their performance within the warehouse.
 Maintain items record within the system and a hard copy, document necessary information
and build reports to project warehouse status.
 Working closely with the purchase department to ensure stock orders and deliveries are
accurate and well timed.
 Working with Microsoft dynamics in regards of warehouse updates such as GRN entry,
MR#, Material transfer and warehouse status.
 Strictly implement company’s health and safety policy to ensure safe working environment
in the warehouse.
 Available for any other reasonable duties that is required by the management.
 Regular visits to operations in order to coach the material man in regards of storing and
updating their warehouse status within the AX system.
 Provide training on the Microsoft dynamic system for employees whom will be needing it
in their designated field.
 Keeping records & maintaining documents for movement of stocks through ERP/ Microsoft
Dynamics AX 2012 system.
 Ensure Receipt and Issue of Materials as per requirements through ERP/ Microsoft
