Introduction
This activity is for YLE living in Argentina which are studying numbers up to ten
in a state primary school.
In this miniclass on songs for YLE, they will revise numbers with teachers’ help
using TPR – counting with the fingers. Then they will match flashcards with
numbers with the chicks on the board. After that, we will watch and listen to the
video Counting 1-10 Song. Students will stand up and make a circle and all
together will sing and count with the fingers. Teachers will stick a crossword on
the board and then students will have to complete with the written form of the
numbers. Finally, the class will listen to the teacher and complete a photocopy
with numbers according to the amount of chicks.
