President Duterte warns the public through press conference on

communities had implemented strict measures on how to decrease the
chance of the spread
of the pandemic.

communities opens for businesses. In response to this, the
Philippine government implemented a new normal‟ policy in

Media Literacy helps us to understand the basic
convention of media, evaluate and analyze media create
media ,help us control media in a literate set and enable
young people in particular to become more careful
consumers of media.
Information Literacy enables us to know what info is
needed, get info’s quickly and easily to evaluate info’s
and sources and show info’s ethically and legally.
Technology Literacy enables us to use technology in the
digital environment, possess critical thinking skills in
using computer networks, knowledge the basic principles
of computing devices and be able to find, capture and
evaluate information’s.

retrieve , understand and evaluate and use various tools , in a
critical , ethical and effective way in order to participate and engage
in personal and societal activities .
