Apprentice and trainee employment
MIGAS provides an end-to-end solution for the
recruitment, placement and ongoing management
of high-quality apprentices and trainees in skilled
trades. Candidates are rigorously screened and
tested to ensure their capabilities and attitude
match the requirements of the role. Both the
successful candidate and their host employer
are provided with ongoing administrative support
and pastoral care through to completion, as well
as comprehensive Workplace Health and Safety
induction and ongoing practical WHS assessment.
Managed services
Managed services supports companies
that choose to employ apprentices or
trainees directly, but wish to outsource
the administrative requirements and
compliance obligations. MIGAS provides
a streamlined approach to managing the
apprentice’s employment arrangement so
you can just get on with the job.
Labour hire
