Our story
Born and raised in Goondiwindi, QLD, to parents
who worked on the land, we have always had
farming and agriculture at heart. As brothers from
the country we share the same passion and vision
in business—to see the agricultural industry in our
great land continually grow and prosper.
Growing up on farms, working the land and
gaining over 20 years of combined recruitment
management experience we have developed
a holistic understanding of the agricultural,
horticulture and aquaculture industries and their
true staffing needs. Current staffing shortfalls in
regional Australia and the rising cost of labour make
these tough industries, and this has driven us to
deliver solutions that are cost effective and that
ensure quality is never compromised.
