Training was identified as one of the key elements of the
company’s strategy, since 2005, DSS has invested more
than USD 6 Million to establish and strengthen its training
infrastructure.
We have custom built four key training centers in India. The
flagship training center is located in New Delhi (North India)
and has the capacity center is located to train over 1000
tradesmen per month, focusing primarily on Civil trades. The
second training center is located in Kochi (South India) and
is equipped to train 400 trainees per month in Mechanical,
Electrical, Plumbing and Civil trades. Both training centers
include onsite board and lodging facilities for trainees, and
are equipped with state of the art construction systems that
are used in the Middle East and other parts of the world.
Over the last two years DSS’s training organization has
crossed several significant milestones, including being
recognized by TAFE of Australia and signing on some of the
largest contracting companies in the region as our clients.
Staffing and Outsourced Teams
Skilled professionals for certain
industries are becoming difficult
to locate and retain. Many clients
view outsourcing as a method of risk
mitigation, as well as strategy to deal
with scarcity of skill-sets. Under this
area of service, we enter into mid to
long-term contracts with our clients
to supply them with a team of people
to manage their facilities, or work on
their projects.
We work with the client to identify and select suitable resources, and then deploy them to
the client site. Day to day management is handled by DSS, which can include accommodation,
food, transportation, and other necessities such as insurance. This model helps our clients to
