Accept Agreement… Next … Next ..Next	…	…	…Finish!Configure An E-mail Account With Microsoft OutlookStart Outlook.On the Tools menu, click Account Settings.
On the E-mail tab, click New.
Click Microsoft Exchange, POP3, IMAP, or HTTP, and then click Next.
Configure the new e-mail account automatically or manually.
This dialogue box indicates that your E-mail account is successfully configured. Click Finish
To configure the e-mail account manually.
Click Finish.
Now to access all your mails residing in your e-mail account just click Send/Receive.

Creating Folders/SubfoldersShow the folder list by going to   view | folder list.
Right click on the inbox folder or  any other folder of your choice depending on where you would  like the new folder to be created.
Select create a new folder.
Name it and click ok.Setting Up Rules/Filters Go to Tools | Rules Wizard…
Click on New Rule
Stay Organized: Move messages from someone to a folder.Move messages with specific words in the  subject to a folder.Move messages sent to a pubic group to a  folder.Flag messages from someone to follow up.

In the Retype Password box, retype the password, and then click Next to begin the Auto Account Setup process.
