Goal: High Volume, Low Profits for charity
We contacted several local organizations
focusing primarily on non-profits.
A few we contacted:

● Occupy Madison
● Dane County Special Olympics
● Madison Area Youth Soccer Organization
7. Challenges
● Finding our “niche”. Directing our focus.
● Finding an organization with the need for t-
shirts.
● Getting organizations to commit.
● Communication with organization
8. Lessons Learned
● Communication can be very difficult and frustrating
● Never be a middle-man (three way communication)
● We needed to be more assertive
● Emailing can be a slow process
○ Good for initial contact
○ Not so good for selling, followups, etc.
● Continue to branch out - have other sales targets
