44. Purpose of the TTC
• To provide technical training for members ages 16 - 21 who may
not be college bound and are seeking full-time long-term careers
when they graduate high school.
• To provide part-time employment for 16 - 18 year olds and a
stipend for all trainees to encourage them to stay in school and
the club while successfully completing the training.
• To partner with industries, advance training programs and
educational institutions that provide full-time long-term career
employment opportunities for high school graduates at the
completion of their technical training.

academic growth and training them for long-term

• Produce employable trainees ages 16 – 21 through
