This document provides guidelines for writing medical research articles. It discusses the typical structure, which includes a title, abstract, introduction, methods, results, discussion, and references. Key sections are summarized as follows:
The introduction presents the research question and gaps in existing knowledge. The methods section describes the study design, participants, techniques, and statistical analysis. The results section communicates the findings without interpreting them. The discussion section analyzes the results, considers limitations, and identifies remaining gaps to be addressed in future research. Authorship is based on substantial intellectual contributions to conception, design, analysis, and approval of the final version.

I am Dr Md Anisur Rahman Anjum passed MBBS from Dhaka Medical College in 1987. Diploma in Ophthalmology (DO) from the then IPGM&R (now it is Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University BSMMU) in 1993. Felllowship in Ophthalmology FCPS from Bangladesh College of Physician and surgeon in 1997. Now I am working as associate professor in General Ophthalmology in National Institute of Ophthalmology Dhaka Bangladesh which is the tertiary centre in eye care in Bangladesh.
When I was secretary of Bangladesh Academy in 2011-2012. During my tenure I had pulblished four academic journal. The ISSN of the journal is 1818-9423. I have seen that the format of original article was not maintained. though there was "GENERAL INFORMATION FOR CONTRIBUTORS" but many of the author did not follow that guideline. From that time I am trying to build up "HOW TO WRITE THE SCIENTIFIC MANUSCRIPT" among my students, colleague and senior fellows. and do two workshop about this topic.
I am hopeful if any of you write a scientific manuscript according to this format with correct statistics power and language it will be no longer rejected.

Presented by Killian Mellon at the BJUI Author Workshop on 23rd June 2009.This presentation provides informative advice and handy tips on how to get your paper published in the journal BJUI. There are author guidelines, advice on referencing and all of this is supported by key, well-placed examples.
In your this Project, you will synthesize an overview of the maj.docxlanagore871
In your this Project, you will synthesize an overview of the major theories relating to the pathology of a disorder as well as provide a detailed discussion of the etiology (causes) and clinical interventions, using research to support your analysis. Your topic will be the neuropsychological disorder that was selected and approved by the instructor in your Week One assignment, and for which you provided an outline in the Week Two assignment.
In keeping with the focus of this class, the emphasis of your paper will be on the neuroscience aspects of the disorder, to include:
Theories of etiology (causes)
Associated factors in development of the disorder (genetic, environmental, familial, lifestyle)
Pathology (abnormalities of physical structure and function, including genetic and biochemical aspects)
Treatment options (pharmacologic and nonpharmacologic, with rationales for use based on current understanding of the disorder)
Diagnostic and research technologies employed in clinical diagnosis, care, and basic science research
Your research will include a minimum of six to eight peer-reviewed sources, which provide evidence-based information regarding the biological and psychological features of the disorder and were published within the last five years. At least four of your references should be peer-reviewed publications of original research studies. To justify your assertions, provide in-text citations for all factual statements taken from your research, with corresponding references drawn from scholarly sources. All citations and sources are to be documented according to APA style, as outlined in the Ashford Writing Center, and should support and enhance your analysis of the selected disorder. Sources may include review articles, original research articles, information from government agencies (e.g., National Institutes of Health, Centers for Disease Control, Food and Drug Administration, Drug Enforcement Administration) or professional societies (e.g., professional society position papers or clinical practice guidelines).
Final Project- Components
Section I: Introduction
This section should provide a general introduction to the topic as well as an overview of the background and history of the disorder. Further, it should provide a succinct thesis statement of the purpose and overall direction of the paper. For instance, if your paper will have a large focus on the role of particular neurotransmitters in the etiology of the disorder as a rationale for treatment options, you should indicate this in the introduction. Finally, this section should provide demographic data that indicates the prevalence of the disorder in both general and specific populations.
Specific required components of the Introduction:

Project Description
THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING
Write this the same, without question putting it like this, (with the data of us..)
This project will be completed through a literature review. This will be carried out through Google Scholar, CINHAL, Ana G. Mendez Virtual Libraries, WorldCat, PubMed, Internet database. The research will be peer reviewed. A minimum 30 articles of no more than 5 years will be reviewed. I will use some keywords for my search like: Probiotic, Ventilator-Associated Pneumonia, ICU, conventional methods.
The results obtained from the study will contribute to determine if the probiotic use in prevention of ventilator associated pneumonia is more effective than the conventional method, with a more cost-effective result.
All information collected in this review will be kept in a locked dresser in the principal investigator's office for a period of 5 years. Both, the principal investigator and the mentor will have access to this material. After this time (5 years), the data will be eliminated with a paper shredder and discarded.
Project Evaluation Results
Summarize tables with all citation will be presented in appendix A&B; appendix A will be used for the summary of primary research evidence, and appendix B will be used for the summary of the systematic reviews.
Appendix A will include the citation, question or hypothesis, and theoretical foundation, research designated and sample size, key findings, recommendations or implica.

18. Statistics Clearly mention the statistical methods used for appropriate verification of reported results. (consult a statistician before starting the study)
19. Results Communication of facts, measurements, and observations gathered by the author Start with the results that are easier to interpret Results should be set out in tables and figures Do not duplicate illustrations
20. Discussion What gaps in knowledge remain to be filled? Main results should be summarised at the beginning of discussion Only mention previous results or comments which illuminate or which are illuminated by the present results. (continue)
