This document is a media studies questionnaire that asks participants questions about their music preferences, viewing habits of music videos, and opinions on popular music genres and aspects of alternative rock/indie music videos. The questionnaire is being conducted as part of an A2 media studies project and requests participants to provide detailed answers to the anonymous questions in order to collect a larger representative data sample for the research.

1. Media Studies Questionnaire
As part of my A2 Media Studies project, I am required to collect information from
as many individuals as possible. I would be really grateful if you could carry the
questionnaire in as much detail as possible. I would ask if you could share the
questionnaire in order for me to collect a larger data sample, and as a result I
would have more representative data.
Also I must add that this questionnaire is anonymous and the information given
will not be given outside of my A2 research.
