This document provides an agenda and objectives for a Math 2 course on June 20, 2011. The objectives include number sense, patterns/functions/algebra, statistics/probability, geometry/measurements. Today's agenda includes getting to know classmates, graphing things in common/unique, setting class and education goals, and assessing current math understanding. Students will introduce themselves, create a spreadsheet of information, complete a math survey and interest survey, discuss goal setting, and take a math assessment. The class will also discuss applying math concepts to real world problems daily.
