Your Travelling Partner !!!
MyBus app is a public transit app which features live arrival and
departure times of both government and private buses within
cities and between cities.
It also features facility for booking seats.
People have to waste lot of time waiting for the bus to
reach to their destination.
This app will guide them by providing the information about
bus departure and arrival and will save their time.
MISSION:
To free a daily traveller
from hassle of waiting
and uncertainty.
• This app will give a customized experience to user by providing
the information of arrival and departure times of buses.
• It will also provide the user with information of bus ratings,
seating status, estimated time to reach the destination, estimated
fare for a particular travel location.
• When new user registers it will receive a free version of the app
for one year after that he will have to pay for every year to use the
services.
• The number of people travelling or commuting through buses is increasing
day by day.
• If we look at a data from Mumbai city almost 60% of Mumbai’s population
travel through BMC buses.
• There is a great opportunity because nowadays people are getting more
aware towards environmental pollution and are preferring to travel
through buses.
• But there are certain big competitors like RedBus in this segment because of
which MyBus will experience a stiff competition.
• To reach 100,000 downloads in 6 months.
• Revenue from paid version will be used in innovation.
• Followed by addition of more features.
CUSTOMERS
• People who need to travel on a regular basis. Example
employees going to their offices, students going to their
colleges etc.
• People who are strict on schedule.
• People who love to travel
COLLABORATORS
• Private companies which runs bus services.
• Government agencies which provide the bus services.
Competitors
• RedBus which is owned by Ibibo group.
• 10 million app downloads.
• 4.3 star ratings on google play.
All apps provide
the facility of
booking seats, bus
ratings, estimated
fare for travel,
estimated time for
journey etc.
MyBus app
provides the live
arrivals and
departures times
of buses which
helps the user in
saving his/her
time.

• There are two versions of app Free Version and Premium
Version.
• When a new user registers he will get free version of app for
one year after that he will have to pay $24 per year to use the
app.
• Every new user will get some additional amount in wallet.
• Referring to a new user will give additional discounts to the
existing user.

Social media would be the preliminary
medium of communication.
The aim would be to have an active
page on these sites and have
maximum followers on these pages.
Following that, we would look
towards more conventional forms
of communication like google ads,
websites, newspaper and magazine
ads and television commercials.
