This app allow users to identify which movies friends are interested by
coordinating movie trips with friends by sending invites , pick show times buy
tickets and pre order snacks . It helps us to see trending movies as well as
movie review along with promoting regional movies with subtitles .
There is already a great deal of competition from apps like bookMyShow
Available of subtitles for movies
in regional languages
Using apps like bookMyShow consumers are able to book tickets and
events and sometimes get additional coupons that could be used later
but using FILM-O-MANIA customers can not only book tickets but also
find friends with same movie interest by sending them invitations .
This app also promotes regional movies which are not in focus earlier .
Moreover its subtitle concepts also attracts a lot of customers from
different background to watch different movies which is very helpful in
metro cities as people from all over the country live here . Finally we
could also see the trending movies in here and as well rate movies
which will help us to know what kind of reviews the movie is getting .

the expectations of customers in the

There is an effort to influence consumer perception
about the brand or product relative to the consumer
perceptionabout the competitor brand or product .
The app’s main goals is to make a totally different experience in movie watching world , where
language will not be a barrier moreover it aims to make an open platform for everyone to know
what others like and dislike in the reel world .
1. Provide options that makes it easier to find and discover movies and friends who are interested in that movie.
2. Provide details to evaluate the movies such as its ratings and peer reviews .
3. Promote good regional movies which are otherwise less advertised .
4. Price well so it could be competitive to the other obvious options .
TARGET MARKET
The product has many special attributes :
1. There are various coupons and gift cards
available .
2. Free booking of snacks is available .
3. Free premium upgrade is available for
the first three months and it will cost $
0.99 from the next month .
4. Special offers will be there for regular
customers and customers who uses the
app at least a certain amount of time in a
month .
The app provide following services to its
customers :
1. Facilities like show monitoring .
2. Ticket bookings for movies , plays
,events , sports etc .
3. Attractive discounts and coupons to
regular and frequent customers .
4. Multiple payment options .
The launch of this app will create a milestone in the
online world and the social world which will help this app
to get connected with a lot of people . To connect with its
customers the app has used a proper name (FILM-O-
MANIA ) that reflects the social structure of the app and
its use among its consumers .
Free version of the app will help to establish a
social network framework , joining people for free
based on customers likes and dislikes but not
being specific
Premium version of this app would look for
customer choice and would charge a nominal
price of $ 0.99 per month after the expiry of the
free three month trial .
The best way to distribute any app would be by the Google play ,
to distribute the app on the iOS platform we first need to create
an apple Developer Enterprise account that cause a certain sum
of amount per year .
To distribute the HTML version all we need to do is give the user
the URL of the given app and they could easily get to use it
through any browser .
A low capital investment and a fast turn
around time helps in the promotion of this
new app generation .
Themes of advertisement concentrating on
different services are provided .
Showtime social needs to tie up with many
organizations and companies and maintain
a good relationship .
