2. What’s our
 Proposing a concept of connected bus stops which will have
features of 3G, LTE or Wi-Fi small cells Similar to PIS(passenger
information system)
 It will provide a real-time information about bus movements,
interactive maps, local news and tourist information, which will be
accessed through an android mobile app “Conn-Stop”

Consumers by providing them the
accurate information about the travel
time and saves their time by planning
their route for them. Hence reduced
congestion by checking the travel
time in real time which will be given
by the buses movements.

travel – by bus, metro or
walking – based on real-
time information and
decrease their waiting time
by using the additional
services of multi-model
route rather than travelling
by single mode

How do we earn
 Cut percent given by the bus aggregators on each bus
service used by consumer through app
 Cut percent given by the private buses which will use this
app for decreasing the rates of their service

 Huge scope of scaling in the nearby future as planning of efficient
transportation
 Huge scope of making revenue through additional services which are
majorly advertisement.
 Converting a normal bus stop into conn-stop will require less than Rs. 10k.

 Planning to launch in three phases:
 First phase: implement in major 50 stops
in pune for first trial month and market
the app among all the major populated
areas ; Guidance provided to learn how
to optimally use the app
 Make the corresponding changes in
operations as well as in technology and
expand the connected bus stop in all the
city
