Capsule Filler Operating Guide
1) Place capsules into tray. 2) Place tray on filler.
3) Check front knob is turned to the right. Pull
locking lever forward.
4) Push down long handle, lifts the caps off all the
bodies.
5) Set aside the tray containing all the caps. 6) Push locking lever back, capsule bodies drop down
and become level with filling surface.

7) Place powder tray on filler: keeps powder
from spilling.
8) Pour & spread the pre-measured powder. Move
extra powder onto powder tray's shelf.
9) Lower tamper and lock. 10) Turn handle to compress powder: allows you to
fill more powder in each capsule.
11) Raise tamper & spread extra powder from
shelf into capsules: ensures uniform fill weights.
12) Return the tray containing caps to filler.

13) Turn front knob to the left and lower locking
plate. Engage lock for locking plate.

Hold tamper handle and push down on long
handle. Bodies are pushed up into caps: all the
capsules are now locked in one step.
15) Disengage lock for locking plate. Lift
locking plate and turn front knob to the
right.
16) Push down long handle and remove tray of
completed capsules.
For Step (1) – Placing Capsules manually into the holes of the filling tray, we also offer an Automatic
Capsule Inserter as optional equipment. This Capsule Inserter along with the Capsule Filling Machine
speeds up the production & reduce manpower requirement.
