Though my copy of The Dharma Bums now resembles more a grade school child s workbook with
notes and underlines contained on almost every page, there are a few quotations still stand out in my

In 2009 a movie by the name of Food Inc. was released that challenged the production of food we eat.
The movie examines everything from the science of seeds all the way through the consumption of the
food, the food s often negative effects on the body. The movie ends with the line You can change the
world with every bite . This quote embodies the heart behind movie that change starts with the
individual, and how they make food choices. This sort of change that Food Inc. invokes implies that
top down change that the consumer can bring about change to the seed level. Food Inc. challenges the
processes that allow companies like Monsanto to feed the world. We must understand how media like

Philip Johnson was an American architect and theorist, he designed his own home, known as the Glass
House. On the ideas of space unification borrowed from his co worker Ludwig Mies van der Rohe, the

English proficiency. Funding in the forms of grants was made available to schools to help at least

1. How do you believe that you performed against relevant goals and also the other job related
expectations for you in 2015?
When I started working at Matrix, my goal was to learn the software as quickly as possible. I think my
first goal was accomplished. Within three months of working, I am amazed how much I have learned
and how many customers I have helped. Moreover, I also have a chance to learn in house software for
setting databases. I really like setting up database so I can see how data get transferred from raw files
into the webserver. However, there are still a lot more to learn and I will continue working against this
goal in 2016.

I have started working at Matrix for three months. I don t think I have been the most significant
performance for the year of 2015 since I have been working only three months. However, within 3
