This document discusses three mango diseases: Anthracnose, Powdery mildew, and Algal leaf spot. Anthracnose affects various above ground parts of mango plants and fruits, and can be managed through removal of diseased parts, fungicide sprays, and post-harvest treatments. Powdery mildew causes a white powdery growth on inflorescence, leaves and young fruits, and can be controlled with three fungicide sprays. Algal leaf spot appears as rusty red spots on leaves and twigs caused by an algae, and can be reduced by balanced nutrition and two copper sprays.
