The document describes the steps taken to create a logo design called "Pulse Logo" using shape, line, and text tools in Adobe Illustrator. The designer started by creating a new template and drawing lines using the shape and line tools. Text was then added and formatted using character and paragraph tools. Layer styles and effects like drop shadows were applied to elements. The designer experimented with different color schemes, getting feedback from others. The final logo included colored lines and text over a background for contrast.

Connector Corner: Automate dynamic content and events by pushing a buttonDianaGray10
Here is something new! In our next Connector Corner webinar, we will demonstrate how you can use a single workflow to:
Create a campaign using Mailchimp with merge tags/fields
Send an interactive Slack channel message (using buttons)
Have the message received by managers and peers along with a test email for review
But there’s more:
In a second workflow supporting the same use case, you’ll see:
Your campaign sent to target colleagues for approval
If the “Approve” button is clicked, a Jira/Zendesk ticket is created for the marketing design team
But—if the “Reject” button is pushed, colleagues will be alerted via Slack message
Join us to learn more about this new, human-in-the-loop capability, brought to you by Integration Service connectors.

JMeter webinar - integration with InfluxDB and GrafanaRTTS
Watch this recorded webinar about real-time monitoring of application performance. See how to integrate Apache JMeter, the open-source leader in performance testing, with InfluxDB, the open-source time-series database, and Grafana, the open-source analytics and visualization application.
In this webinar, we will review the benefits of leveraging InfluxDB and Grafana when executing load tests and demonstrate how these tools are used to visualize performance metrics.
Length: 30 minutes
Session Overview
-------------------------------------------
During this webinar, we will cover the following topics while demonstrating the integrations of JMeter, InfluxDB and Grafana:
- What out-of-the-box solutions are available for real-time monitoring JMeter tests?
- What are the benefits of integrating InfluxDB and Grafana into the load testing stack?
- Which features are provided by Grafana?
- Demonstration of InfluxDB and Grafana using a practice web application

"Impact of front-end architecture on development cost", Viktor TurskyiFwdays
I have heard many times that architecture is not important for the front-end. Also, many times I have seen how developers implement features on the front-end just following the standard rules for a framework and think that this is enough to successfully launch the project, and then the project fails. How to prevent this and what approach to choose? I have launched dozens of complex projects and during the talk we will analyze which approaches have worked for me and which have not.

State of ICS and IoT Cyber Threat Landscape Report 2024 previewPrayukth K V
The IoT and OT threat landscape report has been prepared by the Threat Research Team at Sectrio using data from Sectrio, cyber threat intelligence farming facilities spread across over 85 cities around the world. In addition, Sectrio also runs AI-based advanced threat and payload engagement facilities that serve as sinks to attract and engage sophisticated threat actors, and newer malware including new variants and latent threats that are at an earlier stage of development.
The latest edition of the OT/ICS and IoT security Threat Landscape Report 2024 also covers:
State of global ICS asset and network exposure
Sectoral targets and attacks as well as the cost of ransom
Global APT activity, AI usage, actor and tactic profiles, and implications
Rise in volumes of AI-powered cyberattacks
Major cyber events in 2024
Malware and malicious payload trends
Cyberattack types and targets
Vulnerability exploit attempts on CVEs

Let's dive deeper into the world of ODC! Ricardo Alves (OutSystems) will join us to tell all about the new Data Fabric. After that, Sezen de Bruijn (OutSystems) will get into the details on how to best design a sturdy architecture within ODC.
2. I started off by creating a new template.
I then chose the shape tool.
3. To get the line up, I had to
click and hold on the shape tool.
I drew the line and
added a drop shadow.
4. To add the drop shadow, I
double clicked on the layer
and and chose the drop
shadow setting.
I played about with all the settings
until I got what I wanted.
I then added another line
using the line tool.
5. I did the same with that line and added in
a drop shadow, I tied to get the settings
the same.
Then I created another line and my
first letter was made.
6. I did the same to create
the rest of my letters.
7.
8. I then changed the colour, and used
the line tool to create a pulse, like seen
on a heart monitor.
9. I again chose another colour and went
around the first line using the line tool.
10. I went round it in another colour
using the line tool.
11. Looking at my logo I wasn’t sure if it was
working, so I got some feedback and they
agreed with me, therefore I chose the text
tool to create some text.
Once the text had been written
I used the character and paragraph
tool to edit my text.
12. I opened up this menu and started to
test out the different setting.
First I chose a text from the list.
13. Once I finished with the editing of my text, I wanted
to make it more colourful to match my colour scheme,
I used the paint bucket to do so.
I also selected the colour I wanted using this tool.
14. I started to test out
different patterns and
see what colours
worked well.
I chose this set of colours
as it matches my scheme
and it looked good.
15. Again I wasn’t sure so again I got feedback,
the audience told me that I should change it again.
I used the text tool again to do so.
I chose this text and this colour.
16. I wanted to put a style on the text so I went to layer.
Layer styles which gives me a list
of different things I can do.
17. I then chose drop shadow again, I did this because I liked the
look of it from the previous logo I made.
I then went through the settings
choosing the ones which I liked best.
18. At first I left the colour as
black and didn’t touch the
blend mode.
I played with the opacity
which faded the log a little.
19. Here are the three logos I created.
I then played with the distance,
of the drop shadow.
20. This made the shadow come
further away from the text.
Spread was the next setting.
21. This changed the thickness
of the shadow .
Then came size, which played
with the size of the shadow.
22. Here’s the size fully increased.
I wasn’t sure what the noise of the shadow was
so I played about with it to find out.
23. It made it go black and
white like seen to the left.
Once I had adjusted all of the settings to how
I wanted them I went back and changed the
colour.
24. To change the colour I used this tool.
This is what the logo looked like
after I had finished with the settings.
25. I then had to adjust the lines
which I created, this is
because the text I had
has changed.
I kept the same colours that I had
because the audience told me that it
worked well.
26. This was the finished logo, I added in a background as I thought it
made the colors stand out more.
27. Here is some feedback that I got from a peer member.
