+++++Application
In fact, there are always some transmission lines that are too long, even if the line
reactive power is compensated for the normal power factor, there will be a low end
voltage. Therefore, it is necessary to use a voltage regulator at the middle or end of
the line. This product is connected at the end of the line, stabilizing the back line
voltage.
++++Overview:
The LSVR low voltage automatic voltage regulator adjusts the output voltage
automatically according to the input voltage, improves the qualified rate of the voltage,
guarantees the quality of the power supply, and does not need to increase the
distribution of distribution transformer. The product allows short time overload, can
be used in combination with reactive power compensation and other equipment. It is
suitable for the situation of low voltage all kinds of user voltage unqualified. It solves
the problems of low voltage qualification rate and low power factor in distribution
network users. LSVR voltage regulating device of our company, the range of
regulating voltage deviation is satisfied and higher than national standard GB12325-
2008 "power supply voltage allowable deviation" and DLT 375-2010 "general
technical condition of outdoor distribution box" YD-T1270-2003 "contactless
compensation AC voltage regulator" and other power industry standards
+++++Work principal
There are some taps on the two side of the transformer, and the tap voltage is
matched with the thyristor switch, and the voltage Delta U of different sizes and
directions can be provided to the series transformer. The thyristor switch is
controlled by the LSVR controller. When the controller detects the voltage change of
the user side, the thyristor switch element is controlled. A series transformer is used
to adjust the voltage of the network, so that the voltage of the power network user
terminal is UZ =Ul + U. The U is positive, is called a step-up voltage, U is negative,
called buck regulator.
+++++Compare with the traditional product:
The traditional low voltage regulator manufacturer is a voltage regulator using a
carbon brush sliding or contactor type (split switch or vacuum contactor); because the
voltage loss in the voltage regulating shift will cause the reboot of the electric

power consumption.
(6) the controller has overcurrent, overvoltage and under voltage protection. When
the line is in the overcurrent state, the controller automatically bypasses.
(7) the controller can not only control the voltage regulation function of the voltage
regulator, but also control the capacitor's phase compensation, and realize zero
crossing switching capacitor.
(8) the controller uses industrial control chip, high reliability, strong anti-interference
ability, can adapt to the outdoors bad environment;
(9) with RS485 communication interface, through the wireless communication
module in the distance from the installation point of 30m to view, modify the
parameters of the controller.
(10) any abnormal case can be switched to the bypass quickly, so as to ensure the
absolute continuity of power supply.
