For the majority of my images I will be
using the studio with a white background.
I feel that this will give the images a
professional look and will help the focus
to stay on the protagonist. It will also give
the photographs a modern look which
links with the theme/genre of the
magazine.
For my contents page fashion section
the location will be against an old brick
wall. I feel like this adds a new
dimension and texture to my images.
It also means that not all of my
photographs will be in the studio
adding variety.
For my contents (Regulars) the location
will be in a record store. This will link to
the genre Indie as records are seen as
indie. It will also link to the fact that it is
a music magazine.

3. Costume:
Costume One (Front Cover + Main
Contents): The protagonist will be wearing a
loose black shirt with either black or blue
jeans. This gives the protagonist a very
simple and casual look. She will also be
wearing very minimal amount of makeup.
Costume Two (Fashion contents): The
protagonist will be wearing a turtle neck top
with black skinny jeans and a bomber jacket.
She will also be wearing simple black boots,
a handbag and aviator sunglasses.
Costume Three (Contents regulars): The
protagonist will be wearing a loose grey shirt
with black skinny jeans. I feel this is a very
casual outfit linking to the indie genre. She
will also have very natural curly hair adding a
casual and natural feel to the image.
