Our school is named after Sofonisba Anguissola, an important Italian painter. It was originally established in 1883 and was renamed several times before becoming a teacher training institute in 1923. In 2000, the teacher training programs ended and the school transitioned to focus on human sciences and social sciences. The school emphasizes subjects like psychology, sociology, pedagogy, communication, law, and economics while also teaching core subjects like math, history, science, and foreign languages. It aims to educate students in the humanities and prepare them for their future careers.
