STUDENT WORKBOOK
Your response to these questions will allow your trainer to tailor any training to ensure you have
the required knowledge.
You will receive feedback from your trainer about your responses and he/she will ensure that they
cover the questions and the information Book so that you can be confident you have the required
knowledge covered by these questions. Therefore, you cannot “fail” this theory activity
questionnaire. Your trainer will discuss incorrect answers with you.
You MUST satisfactorily attempt these questions before you attend your scheduled session if you
have booked in for the shorter advanced course, If you have enrolled into the standard course then
as a minimum you should have read your Information Book you received when you enrolled in the
course.
If you have booked for the advanced option and do not complete this Student Workbook, then you
will be required to change to the longer Standard Course and pay any applicable fees.
If you are having difficulty answering the questions you may contact your trainer by calling the
office of Licences 4 Work for assistance.
Note: The questions will always have some numbers in brackets.
These are found immediately after the question and represent the
part of the Training Package that the question relates to. Training
