This unit aims to: 
• Introduce students to the fundamentals in various 
forms of writing and presentation required in the 
engineering field. 
• Provide students with the knowledge of approaching 
technical communication from a rreeaaddeerr--cceennttrreedd

• Provide students with the opportunity to work as a 
team with your classmates by doing the team project, 
from writing the proposal, to progress report, final 
written report, and an oral presentation on the project.

is writing aimed at specific readers to achieve specific 
purposes and actions”.
