•A LEARNER-CENTERED APPROACH VIEWS LEARNERS AS
ACTIVE AGENTS. THEY BRING THEIR OWN KNOWLEDGE,
PAST EXPERIENCES, EDUCATION, AND IDEAS – AND THIS
IMPACTS HOW THEY TAKE ON BOARD NEW INFORMATION
AND LEARN. IT DIFFERS SIGNIFICANTLY FROM A
