STANDARDCOMPETENCE: To respondthe meaningof monologue inthe of narrative textinthe daily
life context.
INDICATORS: -identify the settings of the tell short story that they have read
-Identify the main characters of the tell short story
-Identify the plot of the tell shot story
-Identify the problem arises followed by other problems of the tell short story
-Identify the solution to the problem of the tell short story
GRAMMAR FOCUS: direct and indirect,pronoun,past tense,noun phrases,and adjectives

Cinderella
Once upon a timethere was a girl named Cinderella. She lived with her step mother and two step
sister. They were very bossy. They made cinderella do all the housework.
One day an invitation to the ball came to the family. Her not let her go. They made her busy all day
long. Cinderella was sad because she wanred to go to the ball. They went to the ball without her.
Fortunately,afairy godmothercame and helpedherto get to the ball.At the ball,cinderelladanced
with the princee. She was very happy at the ball.
