This document contains information about an English language lesson for Year 3 students. The lesson will take place on Thursday, October 16th from 3:00-4:00pm. Students will focus on writing phrases related to things they do. Activities include revising a previous lesson by answering questions, spelling phrases on cards, reading and understanding phrases with teacher guidance, discussing tasks in groups, and filling out a table individually. Students will then discuss answers with the teacher and some will answer questions in front of the class. Assessment will be in the Activity Book on page 4.
1) The document outlines an English lesson plan focused on reading skills for year 1 students.
2) The lesson aims to help students pronounce initial sounds correctly, match pictures to sounds, and write initial sounds.
3) Key activities include identifying initial sounds of letters on flashcards, matching pictures of objects to their initial sounds, and completing a worksheet practice exercise.
This document contains the schedules and lesson plans for two classes on Wednesday. The first class from 8:40-9:40 am is a reading class focusing on identifying letter shapes and sounds. Students will look at picture and word cards, do exercises in their activity book, and write letters. The second class from 11:30 am-1:00 pm is a language arts class where students will produce simple creative works based on nursery rhymes. They will look at drawings and picture cards, draw and decorate themselves in their activity book, and then introduce themselves while showing their drawings.
