Unit 4: LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
 To recognize and incorporate the grammatical structure “He/She
likes/doesn’t like …., and Do you like + ing?” with the purpose of
expressing what habits are healthy for their lives.
 To practice the listening, speaking, reading and writing macro-skills.
 To understand oral questions and answer them.
 To describe different actions on pictures.
 To be able to use properly verb tenses: Simple Present and Present
Continuous.
 To incorporate a wide variety of vocabulary related to “healthy habits”.
WARM UP
- The teacher will give each student a sheet of coloured paper to complete a
birthday invitation with personal information.
- While they are creating the card, the teacher will paste a poster with the twelve
months of the year.
- Once they have finished, they will go to the board and answer one of these
questions:
1) When is your birthday?
2) What food can you eat at your party?
3) What activities can you do at your party?

- All these questions will be written on the board so they can read them as a
guide.
- To finish the activity, they will paste their invitation on the month their birthdays
are.
