Conclusion  An initial Library Tour of facilities and what is available. Posting of Requests (email) Facilities for retrieval (are they using Mac or Windows pc) Tailor made tutorials some students will need more help with IT than others. Student’s guides/profiling show an interest in their work and achievement. Feedback and empathy the librarian needs to be a student too ( I am registered with learn direct and have completed 7 courses including advanced databases and web authoring)
